Teach4integration (2021-2024)
The "Teach4integration programme aims at enhancing teachers’ competencies in dealing with diversity and supporting the inclusion and academic success of children with refugee/migrant backgrounds. It is offered for a period of 9 months in blended-learning form (400-hour workload), it is free of charge and its successful completion provides a number of ECTS.
The project is funded by the UNICEF Office in Greece, is supported by the Hellenic Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, and is supervised by the Institute of Educational Policy.
Collaborating institutions
The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens,
the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and
the University of Thessaly.
Drs Chatzidaki, Thomou and Michelakaki have participated in related actions of UNICEF-Greece since 2018-2019 and from the academic year 2021-2022 in this specific program as developers of training material and as trainers/tutors.
