The project titled "Greek-language primary and secondary intercultural education abroad" (2011-2014) was funded by European and national resources ("Education and Lifelong Learning" development plan, 2007-2013). It was supervised by the Greek Ministry of Education and the Unified Management Authority (EDU EPEDVM) (MIS 303141).

The aim of the project was to improve the Greek-language skills of Greeks in the diaspora through the development of an e-learning system which would support and complement the in-situ teaching and learning.

Other areas of action included the development of teaching material and teacher training programs.
